Ordering
- How do I log in to place an order online?
- With the books you received a welcome letter with your bece account #. In case you missed it please contact customer service to get your account #.
1. Go to Order Portal
2. Enter you bece account #
3. Click 'request password'
4. Enter you bece account # and the e-mail address that we have on file
5. Click 'Retrieve'
6. Go to your Inbox and open the E-mail we sent you
7. Follow the instructions in the E-mail and enter your password

Shipping and billing
- What is the lead time for bece products?
- 10 business days for Roller Shades, Transitional Shades and Panel Tracks. 15 business days for Butterfly Blinds.
- When will my credit card be charged for my order?
- Approximately 2 business days prior to shipping.
- Will I be charged for shipping?
- If your invoice is lower than $ 200 (dealer cost) there will be a $ 25 surcharge. For all products wider than 100” there will be a $ 75 surcharge. Other than that there are no shipping charges.
Policies
- How do I report a complaint?
- E-mail a written complaint with pictures of the issue to budgetblinds@morestextiles.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.
- What is bece's cancellation policy?
- As soon as materials have been cut it is no longer possible to make changes to or cancel your order. This can be as soon as 24 hours after you have placed your order online.
